AI Shop the Look ("the app") is a Wix app made by FourCore ("we"). It lets store owners tag products on photos and show them to shoppers as shoppable looks. This policy explains what the app stores, why, and the choices store owners and shoppers have.

Who is responsible

For data about a store's shoppers, the store owner is the controller and we act as their processor through Wix. For the store owner's own use of the app, we are the controller. Contact: support@fourcore.dev.

What the app stores

• Store content you create: looks, lookbooks, design settings and shopper text, kept in your site's own Wix database.

• Product information: read from Wix Stores when needed (names, prices, photos, options, stock). The app keeps only product IDs in your looks.

• Usage counts: how many AI tags your site used each month, so the monthly allowance can be applied.

• Look performance: daily totals per look (views, hotspot opens, product clicks, add to carts, orders and revenue). These totals don't identify anyone.

• Order credit: when a shopper adds a product from a look, the app keeps Wix's anonymous visitor ID (or member ID) with the product for 7 days. When an order is approved, the app compares its product lines and totals with those records to credit sales to looks, then keeps only the daily totals. The app does not store shoppers' names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses or payment details.

Cookie consent

The app records shopper activity only when the shopper has accepted analytics cookies in the site's cookie banner. Without that consent, looks still work but nothing about the visit is recorded.

AI tagging

When a store owner asks the app to tag a photo, the photo and the names of the store's products are sent to Wix AI, which runs the request on models from providers such as Anthropic and OpenAI under Wix's terms. The result is used to suggest products and hotspot positions. Tagging is billed to the site's Wix AI credits.

Where data is kept

All data stays on Wix: in your site's Wix database and on Wix's app hosting. We don't sell data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone other than Wix and the AI providers named above.

How long data is kept

Shopper visit records are deleted after 7 days. Looks, lookbooks, settings and daily totals stay until you delete them or remove the app. Ask us and we will delete your app data within 30 days.

Your rights

Store owners and shoppers can ask to see, correct or delete their data. Shoppers should first contact the store; store owners can contact us at support@fourcore.dev. We answer within 30 days.

Changes

We'll update this page when the app changes what it stores, and change the date above.
